Maruči Bižaca
Hi, my name is Maruči Bižaca, I live in town of Mali Lošinj in Croatia. This house was build by my father in 1954. I inherited it from my late mother Ana. She started receiving guests about 60 years ago. Apartment is located on first floor of house and completely renovated in year 2011.
When in Stivan we live in the separate part of the house and we really respect your privacy.
I speak Italiano and Deutsch language.
House Rules
It is forbidden to smoke on beds to prevent fire.
Guests are obliged to maintain apartment and after rent expiry to leave apartment in the same shape as before. In the event of the disappearance or damage to installations, furniture, appliances or equipment of the apartment the guest is obliged to notify me. If damage occurred due to the fault of the guest, the guest is obliged to compensate the corresponding equivalent value.
In apartment is not allowed to party, to play loud music or to disturbe neighbours in any way.
We do not bear responsibility for guests accessories and valuables.
About
Situated in border of small willage of Stivan you will enjoy peacefull holiday. Ideal for families and nature lovers, 1 km from the beach, 100 m from local restaurant.
Apartment is newly renovated and with great terrace so you will find a plenty of space to enjoy. Parking is available free of charge right in front of the apartment.
Fireplace is also available.
Stivan is great if you love to explore by walk or bike in beautiful untouched nature.
Apartment is open for guests from spring until autumn, if you really want to come in winter time (fishing, hunting) please plan your visit carefuly.
